About Us

As for us, we are Clay and Mia Anderton. Clay is a native Utah man and Mia is from Boca Raton, Florida. We live in Florida for most of the year, and spend as much time as we can in Park City.  This is a new venture for us as we just purchased the home in November of 2018.  We hope to invite families and adventurers like ourselves, and ask that our guests treat our home with caution and respect:)

We made an offer on our home the first day it came to market, sight unseen!  We had been looking for over a year and knew we wanted it just from the pictures.  A couple of days later we flew out to see it in person, and it was better than we’d imagined.  We’ve affectionately named it “Off-Main Powder Haus”.  We wanted a home large enough to have family and friends stay with us, in historic “Old Town”, walking distance to Main Street, with architecture and design we could admire.
